Knight Marketing provides month to month marketing services with no long term contracts. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time through your customer portal or by sending written notice to m.knight@knightmarketingfirm.com

Cancelling Through Your Customer Portal

Clients can manage and cancel their subscriptions directly inside their customer portal.
Simply log in, open your active subscription, and select the cancellation option.
Cancellations submitted through the portal take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you experience any issues accessing the portal or completing the cancellation, you may also request cancellation by email.

Monthly Services

• All services are billed in advance for the upcoming month.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial month refunds or credits are provided.
• Work already completed or scheduled cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Once a new billing cycle begins, the payment for that cycle is final.

A La Carte Services

All one-time services are non-refundable once work has started. Payment is collected at purchase and is final.

Failure to Provide Materials

If you do not provide the necessary materials, approvals, or feedback on time, the billing cycle continues as scheduled. Missed deadlines on the client side do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Service Termination by Knight Marketing

Knight Marketing may pause or cancel services if:
• payments are not received
• communication becomes unreasonable
• project requirements fall outside the agreed scope

No refunds are issued for work already billed or completed.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your plan through:

  1. Your customer portal

  2. Emailing your cancellation request to: m.knight@knightmarketingfirm.com

Please include your business name, contact information, and the services you wish to cancel.
