Billing and Payments

All payments are subject to our Billing Policy.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• A la carte services require payment at purchase.
• All payments are final.
• No refunds are offered for monthly plans or completed work.

Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and content
• Supply accurate business information
• Maintain open communication
• Grant access to required platforms if needed

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Knight Marketing Responsibilities

We provide services as outlined in your plan or project agreement. This may include strategy, content creation, advertising management, design, SEO support, and other listed deliverables.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue gains, or client acquisition results. Marketing performance varies based on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.

Cancellations

Cancellations must follow the steps in our Cancellation Policy.
• You may cancel your monthly plan through your customer portal or by email.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial period credits or refunds are provided.

No Guarantees

While Knight Marketing aims to improve visibility, brand reputation, and lead generation, we do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volume, search rankings, or sales outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All original content created by Knight Marketing remains our intellectual property until payment is fully received. Once paid, ownership of finished deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated.

We may use completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any business information shared with us is protected and not shared with outside parties except when necessary to complete your services or comply with legal requirements.

Third Party Tools

Some services may require the use of third party platforms such as Meta, Google, email providers, website builders, or CRM systems. You are responsible for any platform fees, ad spend, or account charges associated with these tools.

Knight Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by external platforms.

Termination of Services

Knight Marketing may terminate or pause services if:
• payments are not received
• communication becomes unreasonable
• the scope of work is misrepresented
• project requirements fall outside agreed terms
• misuse of our team or systems occurs

No refunds will be issued for work already billed or completed.

Limitation of Liability

Knight Marketing is not liable for:
• lost revenue
• lost opportunities
• business interruption
• indirect or incidental damages
• outcomes related to advertising, SEO, or platform behavior

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the thirty days prior to any claim.

Updates to These Terms

Knight Marketing may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
